We want to know everything about you and your money – where you made it, where you keep it, and what you’re going to do with it. We’re even going to ask you how old you are.
Don’t get the wrong idea – we’re not nosy people. Here’s why we do what we do: a home purchase is generally the largest financial purchase and investment an individual, and family, ever makes. The stakes are high – literally in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, and this is an investment that you’re going to be living in every day for years to come. We spend more time than just about any other mortgage broker working on your whole financial picture: budgets, today, tomorrow, and five years from now, so the house that you buy today still makes the most sense financially at the end of the amortization charts.

Instead of having you give us an ocean of paperwork, then having you leave with your fingers crossed and hoping for a miracle, we call every single one of our clients every single week to give them an update on the process.
